    New and unused e-bikes can be returned within 14 days with a charge of €185/bike for shipping and restocking. We will send you the label, please print it out and stick it outside the box and wait for the courier to pick up the package at your place.

    Are samebike electric bikes legal in Europe and UK?

    The SAMEBIKE electric bicycle is fully compliant with the legal regulations for assisted bicycles in both the European Union and the United Kingdom:

    1)Maximum Speed:
    The default speed setting upon purchase aligns with EU/UK regulations at 25KM/H. However, for those inclined, it's possible to unlock the speed limit to reach 35KM/H or higher (instructions to remove the limit can be obtained from customer service).

    2)Maximum Power:
    The motor doesn't have explicit power markings, adhering to EU/UK regulations. The actual motor power is indicated by the "D" code, like "500W" as "500D" or "250W500D," encompassing both rated and peak power within legal limits.

    3)Pure Electric Drive Mode:
    The bike comes with a detachable thumb throttle. Removing it complies with EU/UK regulations, which prohibit a pure electric mode. However, users can install the throttle according to preference for a pure electric mode (instructions for the detachable throttle are included or available via customer service).

    4)Product COC Certification:
    All SAMEBIKE models have obtained CE and UKCA certifications from the EU's ECM institution, ensuring full compliance with legal standards.

    Dlho som zvažoval kúpu elektrického bicykla pre manželku. Mal som dlhodobo vysledovaný ENGWE 2 PRO a čakal som kým nebude priaznivejšia cena. Potom som narazil na novinku Samebike RS- A 02 ,hneď som vedel že je to ten praví e- bike. Mal síce vysokú cenu cez 1800 eur. Nedal som som sa odradiť a hľadal som domovskú webovú stránku výrobcu.Počkal som si na vianočnú zľavu ,uplatnil som si 200 eur kupón na kúpu nového e-biku a kúpil som ho za 1400 eur s PL skladu. Bolo to trochu viac ako za ENGWE 2 PRO , ale rozhodla kvalita spracovania, celkový dizajn e-biku, silnejší motor,baterka ,dojazd ako aj výbava. Celkový dojem na e-bike bol umocnený keď som ho doma poskladal. Je úchvatný to spracovanie kvalita a dizajn je na nezaplatenie a stojí za každé euro čo som zaň zaplatil. Samotné objednanie ,zaplatenie prebehlo bez problémov .Doručenie s PL skladu napriek náročným meteorologickým podmienkam nad očakávanie, nepresiahli deklarovaný čas doručenia. Po celú dobu som bol informovaný o stave doručenia. E- bike prišiel kvalitné zabalený, bez poškodenia. Montáž bola hračka , bol už čiastočne zmontovaný. Boli dodané všetky potrebné kľúče na montáž ako aj všetky komponenty e-biku. Ovládanie a nadstavenie e-biku je intuitívne veľmi dobre zvládnuteľné aj amatérom. Troško na škodu výrobcu Samebike je že neponúka doplnkovú výbavu tašiek na nosič,doklady a telefon na riadítka, či na potrebné nástroje ku e-biku. Snáď mi to firma prepáči ale objednal som si doplnky u konkurencie.
    E-bike SAMEBIKE RS-A 02 je skvelí dizajnový kúsok, kvalitného spracovania a kvalitných komponentov. Kúpu e-biku vrelo odporúčam 10/10.

    PS: Momentálne je na SK pravá ľadová zima s množstvom snehu a mínusových teplôt vzduchu tak nemám viacej fotiek e-biku s praktického využitia. Na jar sa k recenzii e- biku vrátim a podelím sa s vami o jeho technicko - praktické jazdné vlastnosti s reálneho používania v prírode,meste atď. Porovnám fabrické tabulky s realitou.

    Awesome E-Bike!

    I just got this samebike rsa02 e-bike and it's amazing! The battery lasts about 60km, and it goes really fast. Riding uphill is no problem at all.
